Your Reiki Session: What Can I Expect From a Reiki Session?

A Reiki session is most often experienced as deeply relaxing.

In a full 50 minute session, you are lying comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands gently on or above your body in a series of hand positions, often moving over the entire body, head to toe, back and front, spending more time on areas that need special focus. Reiki may be done sitting or standing, anywhere, for any length of time.

There are particular protocols for emotional issues or even distance energy sessions. As you feel the positive energy flow of Reiki, your body may release tensions and even pain, anxiety and problems may dissolve, your brain may create new solutions. Anyone can benefit from Reiki's healing energy flow.
